Term and conditions:
1. The prices included in the detailed estimate are based on market surveys and daily updated online resources but we encourage our clients to put their own prices.
2. The estimated trades will be mentioned in the detailed estimate and any missing trade or item should be considered as exclusion.
3. We do all trades, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Millwork depending upon the client’s requirement.
4. Our Take-off is based on the scaled PDF drawings unless otherwise noted.
5. Filling out bid forms, any sort of revision and change in drawings, any kind of information forms related with projects will be charged separately.
6. Payment method will be through Credit Card and payment terms will always be 50% upon approval and 50% before submission.
7. We encourage good and long run business and our rates are 50% less then market and our clients are very honorable to us.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Refunds is issued only if the company is not able to deliver services as agreed at the time of project award. If the customer wants to cancel a project the company needs to be informed before start of work on project.
